StorageBird LAN 2 V1.0 250GB

Hi

I have a StorageBird LAN 2 V1.0 250GB. In the status window, the message under HD Used(%) is HD Unable to use. What could be the problem? I am able to access the unit via explorer but cannot access the hard drive to see the files. Please help.

I have some additional questions.
Did you ever had files on the StorageBird or is it a new one?
Do you have the orginal firmware or do you have added add-ons?
Is there still warranty on the device?
