I need to expand the RAM of our Fibrecat NX20 that actually has 512MiB of memory.
What is the type of RAM modules that can be installed on the server?

IF the NX20 runs on a D2399 mainboard (check BIOS version), THEN it uses DDR2-533 PC2-4200 unbuffered ECC modules.
