Hello,

ever since I have purchased FirbeCatSX80i a month ago, controller A on it constantly fails. controller B logs the following:

Critical 2009-05-26 18:59:58 313 B299 RAID controller A failed, reason PCIE link recovery failed. Product ID , S/N
Critical 2009-05-26 18:59:58 314 B300 FRU type: RAID IOM A, problem: encl 0. Product ID: , S/N: rev: . Related event ID: 10000299, type: 313

once controller A fails it keeps failing, I mean after a reboot though controller b interface, until the whole unit is cold booted.

I googled those log entries, for some reason they all return support entries to HP storage products, and they do mention a known issue and a firmware update which should solve the issue.

I looked all over FS's support site for new firmware, no luck.

Has anybody had similar problems with the device, what do I do?
